| July 14, 2007 Samantha and Zeb competed in the Second Annual Jimmy Edmonds Homecoming & Youth Competition at the Blue Ridge Music Center in Galax, Virginia. Grand prizes were handmade instruments donated by luthiers Jimmy Edmonds and Wayne C. Henderson. Both Samantha and Zeb came home with these top prize instruments in what proved to be a very exciting day. read more |

| February 22-23, 2008 The Snyder Family Band attended an incredible weekend of bluegrass music at Bluegrass First Class in Asheville, NC. After playing an "open mic" set, they were invited by Milton Harkey to perform on the main stage both Friday and Saturday. Needless to say, being able to play before Rhonda Vincent on Friday and then Balsam Range and Tony Rice on Saturday was a thrill for this family band. more photos |
